EULER - LAGRANGE EQUATION for the BOUNDARY LAYER

Connection Euler-Lagrange Equation for Boundary Layer with the Theory Singularity Disturbed Problems.
This equation of the second order is essentially nonlinear equation. The linear equation to allocate from this equation it is impossible even at the certain set of parameters. Existence of a singular point is connected with disturbed of strengthened Legendre condition.
In occasion of research carried out by the author it is possible to draw a following conclusion: the neighborhood of a singular point forms a mathematical boundary layer. In this boundary layer the solution of a problem can be presented in the form of Puiseux series.
